  • Includes: Happy Birthday banner, Rainbow Birthday banner, 6 honeycomb balls, 8 metallic hanging swirls, and circle paper garland

Security deposit

  • A $100 security deposit is required for all reservations.
  • The deposit will be refunded after the event provided all policies and rules are followed, no damage to the museum occurs, and all guests leave before the scheduled party end time.
  • If the policies and rules in this document are not followed, the $100 security deposit will be forfeited.

Confirmation process

  1. Birthday Party Request Form received by the KidZone Museum
  2. KidZone Museum staff confirms date & time
  3. Party host receives email with payment and waiver information
    1. The party host is required to pay the cost of the birthday party and refundable $100 security deposit to reserve the birthday party
    2. In addition, to confirm the reservation, the online waiver must be completed
    3. If these two items are not received within 7 days, the birthday party reservation is considered cancelled
  4. Party host receives confirmation email

The reservation is considered a request until confirmed by KidZone Museum. Once confirmed, the reservation will be finalized upon receipt of the signed waiver and total party payment.

*Notice: Any form of birthday or party celebration is prohibited without making a reservation with the front desk. Small celebrations to large ones that are not reserved take up space that others can use for learning and play. In addition, party fees help the museum cover operating costs.

Policies and safety rules

  • Balloons: Not allowed due to choking hazard risks.
  • Piñatas: Not permitted; small candies pose choking risks and can be difficult to clean.
  • Alcohol: Not allowed on the premises, in accordance with school district policies.
  • Weapons of any kind: Strictly prohibited for the safety of all guests.
  • Other restricted items: Any items that are not normally allowed in the museum.

  • Please supervise your children at all times to ensure their safety. We ask that you review the following rules with them before or upon arrival:
    • No roughhousing
    • No running indoors
    • No hitting or physical aggression
    • Please treat all toys and equipment with care
    • Share toys and take turns; do not monopolize items
    • Kind and respectful behavior is expected at all times
  • Any items that are broken or damaged due to misuse, or repeated inappropriate behavior toward others, may result in the forfeiture of the security deposit.
  • KidZone Museum reserves the right to revoke memberships or ban guests from the museum.

Birthday party hosts have 15 minutes after the scheduled end time for cleanup before departure. This allows us to prepare for other visitors.

Cleanup to complete before leaving:

  • Clear party tables of food, trash, and decorations
  • Take home all personal belongings and artwork
  • Pick up toys/items and place them into baskets/bins
  • Notify staff if anything is broken or needs attention
  • Check the lobby for items belonging to you or your guests

  • All birthday party guests must leave the KidZone Museum at the scheduled party end time.
  • Hosts have an additional 15 minutes after the end of the party for cleanup.
  • If birthday party guests do not leave at the scheduled party end time, the $100 security deposit will be forfeited.

  • Late arrival: No refunds or credits will be given for lost time due to late arrival.
  • Late departure: Any guests remaining after the scheduled party end time will result in the $100 security deposit being lost.

  • Security deposit of $100 will not be refunded in the event of cancellation
  • If canceled 30 days or more prior to event: Full party cost refunded
  • If canceled within 30 days of event: No refund

  • 14 days or more prior to the event: Rescheduling available based on availability
  • Within 14 days of event: Rescheduling is unavailable

  • Due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, a party may be canceled by KidZone Museum.
  • In such cases, the host will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
